As a child Mike studied Acting at Frohman Academy in Carmel, California. He continued his 22 years of training as an Actor in Los Angeles with professional scene study and improvisation instruction.
Mike also studied Producing at the American Film Institute. After finishing at AFI Mike went on to star in his own independent films. In 1999 he starred in the short film "On Duty" which won Best Short Film at The New York International Film Festival in 2000. He went on to star in the Toronto Student Short Film Festival's Official Selection, "Til Undeath Do Us Part" in 2006. In 2007 Mike starred in "Revolver", Official Selection at the SoCal Indy Film Festival in Orange County, and Official Selection at Festivus Film Festival in Denver, CO.
Mike had gone on to Produce Shauna McClure's Writing / Directing accomplishment, the 3 minute short film Positively 4th Street, Shauna's first Directing challenge on Steven Spielberg and Mark Burnett's Reality show, "On The Lot", for the FOX television network. Positively 4th Street went on to being an "Official Selection" at the 2009 Bel Air Film Festival.
Currently, Mike is in development and attached to star in both feature length films "American Runaway" and "The Trophy Case".
