The summer comedy formerly known as Neighborhood Watch not only has a new title today, but 20th Century Fox has also released a red-band trailer that provides the best indication of just what The Watch is all about.

The film's plot – a quartet of ineffectual suburban dads facing an alien invasion – and the presence of Ben Stiller may have suggested that the film would be a four-quadrant, family-friendly affair, but this trailer is chock full of bad language and dirty talk from the likes of Stiller, Jonah Hill, Richard Ayoade, and Vince Vaughn.

This summer's ensemble comedy Neighborhood Watch is about a group of overzealous upper-middle class suburban dads who form the eponymous neighborhood patrol organization, only to end up confronting an alien invasion force.  20th Century Fox has released both a teaser trailer and poster for the film.  The latter gives a good idea of the whole alien-invasion part of the story, while the former provides no indication of extraterrestrial action.  Instead, it introduces the four leads, played by Vince Vaughn, Ben Stiller, Richard Ayoade, and Jonah Hill, as they cruise the neighborhood, hitting switches and blasting Dr. Dre from a shared minivan.

She's now most known as Rogue in the X-Men films and Sookie Stackhouse on the Southern Gothic HBO series True Blood, but Anna Paquin won an Oscar at the age of twelve for her supporting role in The Piano, so there's no doubt that she can hold her own in the heaviest of dramas, even without mutants and/or vampires.  That's good news for Margaret, the sophomore film from writer-director Kenneth Lonergan in which Paquin stars as a high school student who must grapple with some serious, grown up stuff after she witnesses a terrible accident.  The first trailer for Margaret has premiered online, and it starts off like a jaunty, whimsical little comedy before abruptly switching gears.  Watch the trailer to see how, in a matter of seconds, a preview can take you from, "Oh, this looks like fun" to "Oh, oh my god."  Also, the impressive supporting cast includes Matt Damon and Mark Ruffalo, both of whom look to be doing nicely restrained work.

Imagine that you and your equally attractive significant other are a wholesome, small-town couple who've been trying to conceive a child for years, but in order to finally come to terms with the fact that you'll never have that child, the two of you write down and bury your hopes for your child and bury them in the backyard.  Now imagine that you wake up one day to find a kid who is exactly the child for whom you'd been wishing covered in dirt like an inexplicable little golem.  That's what happens in Disney's The Odd Life of Timothy Green, starring Jennifer Garner and Joel Edgerton.  The first trailer for the film has appeared online, along with an official one-sheet, and while the premise might sound like a horror movie, both indicate that the film is definitely more of a whimsical, uplifting drama.

Corporate downsizing is something that we have lately become much too familiar with. Many people are out of work; this includes people who have been at a corporation for years. For them, it is especially difficult as age becomes a prohibitive factor in the job search. John Wells (E.R.) tackles this painful and frustrating subject with honesty and heart in his feature directorial debut, The Company Men.

Synopsis: Bobby Walker is living the American dream: great job, beautiful family, shiny Porsche in the garage. When corporate downsizing leaves him and co-workers Phil Woodward and Gene McClary jobless, the three men are forced to re-define their lives as men, husbands, and fathers. Bobby soon finds himself enduring enthusiastic life coaching, a job building houses for his brother-in-law which does not play to his executive skill set, and perhaps the realization that there is more to life than chasing the bigger, better deal.
