With 3D television being hot this holiday season, the 3D Blu-ray release of Step Up 3 on December 21st should be fun to watch (for those who actually bought the new televisions that is)! For others, you can still get the DVD with special stuff on the regular format as well. Check out Editor JimmyO's interview with Director Jon M. Justin Bieber's 3D biopic has found a director in John Chu, the man behind Step Up 2 and Step Up 3D. Filming has already begun on the concert film/coming-of-age story, which was originally set up with An Inconvenient Truth director Davis Guggenheim, who dropped out a day after the announcement was made to supposedly focus on promoting his documentary Waiting For Superman. (Us conspiracy theorists have other theories... Hey, it's what we do.)

The question coming into this weekend was this: would Christopher Nolan's Inception pull of the impossible - a four-peat in the summer? Or would the always reliable team of Adam McKay and Will Ferrell (The Other Guys) finally unseat the recent box office king?
