'Frozen Fever' Sneak Peek Trailer: Listen to a New Song By Robert and Kristen Anderson-Lopez

A sneak peek trailer for Frozen Fever has arrived, offering up a first listen of the new song that will join "Let It Go" and "For the First Time in Forever" on every parents' endlessly looped Frozen playlist.

Oscar-winning husband and wife duo Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez return to whip up the song, which is guaranteed to be sung at maximum volume by children all over the world.

The song is featured in Frozen Fever, a seven-minute short film from Disney Animation that you can only see in theaters accompanying Cinderella when it opens nationwide on March 13th.

The Lopez husband and wife duo aren't the only ones coming back for Frozen FeverKristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff, and Josh Gad all return as the voices of Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and Olaf.  Co-directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck also dusted off their snow-shoes for the short follow-up to the biggest animated movie of all time.

In the short, the status quo has changed quite a bit since Elsa's days locked away in Frozen. Elsa and Kristoff conspire to throw the ultimate birthday party for Anna. The birthday plans goes awry, however, when Elsa catches a cold.  With her supernatural mastery over all things icy, Elsa doesn't exactly get a common cold like everyone else; instead, she wreaks all manner of havoc on Arendelle, causing turmoil on Anna's special day.

Fans still have their fingers crossed for a full-blown Frozen sequel, and while we still don't believe Disney will leave that money cow unmilked for long, Frozen Fever is a suitable substitute for the time being.  It's not a disposable one-off, but a real reunion of the major Frozen players that meaningfully expands on the movie's themes and relationships.

"We continue this story of these two sisters, who only had each other growing up together," Josh Gad said earlier this month. "They are still supporting each other. That's what this is about."

Again, if you want to see Frozen Fever next month, you're going to have to catch Disney's latest live-action update of a beloved fairy tale.  Cinderella, directed by Kenneth Branagh, stars Lily James, Cate Blanchett, Richard Madden, Helena Bonham Carter, Hayley Atwell, Holliday Grainger, Sophie McShera, Nonso Anozie, Stellan Skarsgard, and Derek Jacob.

Cinderella hits theaters on March 13th.  Stay tuned for more news on the future of the Frozen juggernaut.
