'Entourage' Theatrical Trailer and Poster: Vinnie's Gonna Do the Movie!

Because TV shows can end but douchiness endures forever, the Entourage movie is heading to theaters this summer.

Don't believe me? The full theatrical trailer and a new poster have landed online, proving that Vinnie & Co. have indeed made the jump from the boob tube to the big screen, giving new meaning to the show's frequent refrain, "Vinnie's gonna do the movie!"

Basically, this looks like a longer version of your average episode of the HBO series, which chronicled the stakes-free adventures of charisma-less movie star Vinnie Chase, his three closest hangers-on, and his volatile agent.

The budget of the movie is bigger, though, so the parodies are more splashy, the yachts and cars are more expensive, and the women are even more beautiful (they're easier to objectify that way).  And since the running time is longer, there's more room for even more incident, none of which will have repercussions of any kind, even one of the crew becoming a father.

Adrian Grenier returns as Vinnie, joined by Kevin Connolly as E, Jerry Ferrara as Turtle, Kevin Dillon as Johnny Drama, and, of course, Jeremy Piven as Ari Gold, the super-agent turned studio chief who nonetheless hangs out with these guys damn near constantly.

The movie is written and directed by Doug Ellin, who co-created the show with executive producer Mark Wahlberg.

Speaking of Wahlberg, his appearance in the latest trailer is just the tip of the cameo iceberg, one big enough to sink Chase's party yacht.  Like the series, Entourage is powered largely by the promise of stars big and small playing funhouse mirror versions of themselves or other industry stereotypes.  The movie version features Gary Busey, Bob Saget, Emily Ratajkowski, Scott Mescudi, Liam Neeson, Billy Bob Thornton, Haley Joel Osment, and Rhonda Rousey

All those stars join returning series players Perrey Reeves, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Rex Lee, Rhys Coiro, Nora Dunn, and Debi Mazar.

Entrouage is set to bring "pervasive language, strong sexual content, nudity and some drug use" to a theater near you this June 5th.
