ARTISTdirect Premieres Murderdolls Video

It's been eight long years since Murderdolls released their last studio album "Beyond the Valley of the Murderdolls". The horror-fied sound that crushed your soul with old-school, hard-n-heavy guitar riffs has come back to haunt you.

Welcome to our nightmares!

On August 31, Murderdolls return with “Women and Children Last”. The music video for the album’s first single, “My Dark Place Alone,” is going to premiere on our very own sister site ARTISTdirect Thursday morning at 8am PST/11am EST. It’s not a very rock ‘n’ roll time, but you should be just getting home from the night before by then if you’re a real badass…

Slipknot’s Joey Jordison wreaks havoc with a bloody axe (er…guitar). Playing drums and guitar on the album, and rocking the axe live, “Women and Children Last” illuminates Jordison’s multi-instrumental brilliance. At the mic, is our favorite ringleader of filth, Wednesday 13, and he sounds more pissed off than ever. Legendary video director P.R. Brown (Slipknot, Motley Crue) shot the video in L.A. last month, and it promises to bring you right to that “dark place.”

Until the album drops, you can watch the video at ARTISTdirect.com over and over again, and you can meet Joey and Wednesday at every date of the Rockstar Mayhem Festival, where they’ll be signing at the Roadrunner Records tent—Joey by the way is bashing the skins for one of our favorite auteurs, Rob Zombie all summer.
