Chbosky's is actually writing and directing the adaptation of his own novel, a truly rare occurrence. He's pulled together an impressive cast beyond Logan Lerman and Emma Watson as two of the leads. Also in the ensemble are Ezra Miller, who's earning crazy-good reviews for his work in We Need to Talk About Kevin, Johnny Simmons and Mae Whitman from Scott Pilgrim vs the World, and Reece Thompson of Rocket Science and Ceremony. That's not all, though, as Paul Rudd, Nina Dobrev, Melanie Lynskey, Nicholas Braun, Dylan McDermott, and Kate Walsh.
