First up, thanks to FirstShowing, we have the international trailer, set to a beat by Magnetic Man and Justice:
And here, thanks to the very same, is the behind-the scenes featurette, which clocks in very conveniently at under three minutes.
The film's screenplay is credited to Jon Spaihts, who also crafted the story to Ridley Scott's upcoming Alien semi-prequel Prometheus. Translating the screenplay to the screen is Chris Gorak, the art director of Minority Report, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, and Fight Club, making his sophomore feature here. Timur Bekmambetov, the Russian director behind Night Watch, Day Watch, and Wanted, is serving as producer, though he's surely busy at moment, since he's in postproduction on the 3D tentpole Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
The Darkest Hour arrives in theaters on December 23rd.
