But before we get to the real reason to be genuinely curious about Warm Bodies, take a look at the still, which, as you can tell, debuted at Collider today.

And the reason this movie could be something really special: it's directed by Jonathan Levine. Most recently, Levine directed the funny and moving 50/50, and he previously directed the also funny/moving/all-around wonderful The Wackness. His debut feature, All the Boys Love Mandy Lane, is way, way, underappreciated (actually, I'm not sure it ever got an American release). Levine's a talented guy, and Warm Bodies is different enough from his past work that it could really bring out something new and interesting.
Hoult should be familiar as Beast in X-Men: First Class, though in my mind he'll always be the little moppet from About a Boy. This year, he also stars in Bryan Singer's Jack the Giant Killer. Teresa Palmer, meanwhile, has appeared in The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Take Me Home Tonight, and I Am Number Four. The supporting cast here includes Dave Franco, John Malkovich, Rob Corddry, and Analeigh Tipton.
Warm Bodies arrives in theaters on August 10th.
