New 'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn' Featurette Examines the Wedding

You may have thought that, with The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 having dominated the box office and gone on its merry way, you'd not be seeing any Twilight-related items until later this year when the hype for Breaking Dawn - Part 2 will inevitably begin in earnest. Well, you thought wrong. Part 1 arrives on Blu-ray and DVD in ten days, and in order to build some awareness for this consumer event, Summit Entertainment has released an online tease of a special feature from the Breaking Dawn Blu-ray.

It's a snippet that goes behind the scenes of one scene in particular, the wedding of Bella and Edward. Specifically, it includes director Bill Condon talking about the subjectivity of the scene's construction while we watch Kristen Stewart walk down the aisle to unite in holy matrimony with Robert Pattinson. Since Twilight-related names have become hugely popular as baby names, I can only imagine some folks will be scouring these special features for details to incorporate into Breaking Dawn-inspired weddings.

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 arrives on Blu-ray and DVD on Friday, February 10th, and many stores nationwide will be doing midnight promotional events for the release.

Of course, this is only the penultimate installment of the cinematic Twilight story, and the big finale, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 is set to hit theaters on November 16th.
