Zappa's Disney-based Monsterfoot Productions and Overbrook Entertainment are developing and will produce the film, which is supposedly being looked at as a vehicle for Karate Kid star Jaden Smith. (No wonder - Overbrook is the production company of Jaden's pop, Will.)

The Mouse House is also working on Zappa's The Secret Life of Timothy Green, currently a priority for the studio.

I think it's safe to say that Zappa and the studio are building on a monstrously beautiful friendship.
