Get Lost this week, or hang out with the The Simpsons and little Ralph Wiggum. If that doesn’t sound appealing, there is always The Back-Up Plan.

You can still hear the cries of so many fans as the end of Lost came and went. Now, for better or worse (our review coming up soon), you can relieve “The Sixth and Final Season”. While it certainly fueled tons of venom, it doesn’t change the fact that it was one of the most original shows on TV and who knows, maybe on second viewing, it will satisfy those feeling… lost. Also this week, in case you’ve been waiting for the entire set, you can purchase the Lost: The Complete Collection. This baby looks pretty impressive, with all the little goodies it seems to come with, I want one! Is it Christmas yet?

Next up is The Simpsons: The 13th Season. You can’t help but get a smile on your face when you see Ralph Wiggum on the front of the Blu-ray or DVD. He just looks so darn happy; probably because he just finished watching this particular season. While certainly not the best, there were quite a few charmers this time around (our review will be coming soon), notably a fun and inventive “Treehouse of Horror XII”.

Okay, back to movies. First up we have The Back-Up Plan with Jennifer Lopez. This one didn’t quite gel with critics, but she certainly had a few loyal fans show up and check out her romantic comedy also starring Alex O’Laughlin. This will probably find more of an audience on home video.

Next, in this re-telling of Oscar Wilde's classic tale, Ben Barnes (The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian) stars as the cursed (and of course, titular character) Dorian Gray who never ages… at a price. The film also features Colin Firth. Are audiences still interested in this story? We shall see.

With City Island you can expect something sweet and something simple. This little gem stars Andy Garcia, Julianna Margulies and Alan Arkin. It also gathered some terrific reviews so this may be one that’s worth checking out.

If you are looking for something a little more serious, you could check out Ajami. Director Scandar Copti examines life during the Middle East conflict in this critically acclaimed film. Part political, part character, this drama should please fans looking for something more than a simple “popcorn flick”, after all, a “97% positive” on Rotten Tomatoes in pretty darn impressive.

Are you willing to give Lost: The Final Season one more try?
