Those would be the Good Witch Glinda and Oscar Diggs, played respectively by Michelle Williams and James Franco, respectively.
They join Rachel Weisz as another witch, Evanora. You can see Evanora's character poster by clicking right here.
Directed by Spider-Man and Evil Dead helmer Sam Raimi, Oz the Great and Powerful is a prequel to the classic The Wizard of Oz that renders L. Frank Baum's fantasy setting with lots and lots of expensive visual effects that will pack the appropriate pop thanks to 3D (best viewed with some slick Rogue 3D Eyewear). Franco stars in a role initially meant for Robert Downey Jr. He plays Diggs, a two-bit illusionist and huckster of dubious ethics who flees a debt aboard a hot-air balloon. He runs into a tornado, however, and is transported to Oz, where he's mistaken for a a wizard of limitless power. Taking advantage of the misconception, Diggs must pull his greatest trick by becoming a decent guy and saving Oz.
Both of the posters below debuted today at the film's official Facebook.

With character posters for three of the four leads now, it's only a matter of time before we see one for Theodora, the third witch played by Mila Kunis.
In addition to Franco, Williams, Weisz, and Kunis, the cast here includes Bill Cobbs, Zach Braff, Tony Cox, Abigail Spencer, and Martin Klebba.
Given that the movie takes place in the past and in a magic fantasyland, it's unclear just how Raimi will incorporate his beloved 1973 Oldsmobile 88. He's fond of adding his first car to his films, but this may very well be an Olds-less Raimi movie.
Keep your eyes peeled for an Olds 88 when Oz the Great and Powerful arrives in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D on March 8th.
