Powers is an arrogant, washed-up big league pitcher who, when we last left him, had discovered the heart-breaking truth that his last shot at returning to Major League Baseball was a fraud. That sent Kenny running for the border - the Mexican border. Now, he's blessing the Mexican locals of a small town with his awesomeness... And that's all I can tell you, because I know little more than that myself.
