Thanks to a revoltingly fascinating concept and unapologetically exploitative approach, Human Centipede became a top of some conversation in 2009 and 2010. Explaining the notion of the human chain inspired reactions of compelled revulsion usually limited to conversations between morbid adolescent males; it's just so twisted and nasty. Quite predictably, the film itself divided audiences, but on the whole didn't seem to pack the figurative punch that you'd expect from a film titled Human Centipede. Well, perhaps the second film in a planned trilogy from writer-director Tom Six will take the idea to new heights of ludicrous grossness. That's what the first domestic trailer for Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence promises, anyways. Take a look at the black-and-white trailer and see whether or not you'd take another stroll down centipede lane.
