Obviously, the central character in the new Conan The Barbarian reboot is a chap named Conan, played this time by Jason Momoa, but he's not the only guy in the film.  If he was, he'd have no enemies to crush and no women whose lamentations are like music to his ears.  In order to properly familiarize us with Conan and the supporting characters in his latest outing, five new character posters have debuted across the web, showing Momoa, Stephen Lang, Rachel Nichols, Rose McGowan, and Ron Perlman.  They're all here, in varying degrees of barbarism.

The fun-size candy bar is a Halloween staple, and this year, Butterfinger is introducing the fun-sized, candy-financed short film in the form of Butterfinger the 13th.  Apparently not content with a thirty year acting career, a funny gig as Chris Traeger on Parks and Recreation, and a well-reviewed, bestselling new memoir, Rob Lowe will direct the 25 minute short, which debuts on October 13th, right the middle of Halloween season.  Check out a teaser trailer for Butterfinger the 13th, along with plenty of additional information on the unconventional project.

Like clowns, dolls are inherently creepy.  Now that MGM is solvent and back in the game, the studio is eager to reboot the Child's Play horror franchise, which starred a hideous, red headed doll possessed by the spirit of a serial killer.  Brad Dourif, who voiced Chucky the murderous doll in the first film and its four sequels, will return for the remake.  He'll be joined by writer and potential director Don Mancini, who wrote all five films and directed the last installment, Seed of Chucky.

Are you ready for the stench of death? Or the chilling screams that fill the darkest night? Well it’s finally here. The overwhelming sense of fear – or "what fear fear’s most" – came alive this past Friday night as Universal Studios Hollywood transformed itself into a nightmare to end all nightmares.

Halloween Horror Nights opened up its doors to fans hungry for a little bit of scary fun. The newest attractions this year included several new mazes, “Friday the 13th: Kill Jason, Kill”, “A Nightmare on Elm Street: Never Sleep Again”, “Vampyre: Castle of the Undead” and of course, the best and the most sadistic, “Rob Zombie’s House of 1,000 Corpses: In 3-D Zombievision”.
