In a stunning revelation, it turns out that most people pause DVDs in order to get a better look at cinematic nudity. Dark Horizons reports on a poll by subscription service Lovefilm that inquired as to viewers' pausing habits and came up with a list of the top ten most-paused movies in movie-dom. Most of the moments on the list are either explicitly or subliminally sexual. Standing tall at number one, for example, is Sharon Stone's infamous leg-uncrossing in Paul Verhoeven's Basic Instinct. The number two spot is occupied by a glimpse at Jennifer Lopez's backside in the otherwise unremarkable The Back Up Plan.
