Never one to back down from an adventure, Mr. Cameron took publicity down beneath the surface. Over at the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific in California, he spent some time answering a series of questions while scuba diving. YouTube sensation, iJustine moderated the Virgin Mobile sponsored event.

This was the first ever underwater web cast, which is no surprise coming from a ground-breaking film maker like Cameron. After all, he is a leader when it comes to technology. This "splash heard around the world" is most certainly one of the most inventive movie promotions ever held. Much like he did for this amazing event, Cameron continues to use technology as a part of his film making process, opening doors for young directors. As the iconic film maker has become an inspiration to many with such box office giants as the Terminator franchise, Aliens, The Abyss, Titanic and most recently Avatar.
