EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: 'Justice League: War' West Coast Premiere Interviews

Available on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital Download beginning February 4th is the latest DC Universe Animated Original Movie entitled Justice League: War, which is based on the graphic novel Justice League: Origin by writer Geoff Johns and artist Jim Lee. The movie features an all-star cast of voice talent that includes Jason O'Mara (Resident Evil: Extinction) as Batman, Alan Tudyk (I, Robot) as Superman, Michelle Monaghan (Machine Gun Preacher) as Wonder Woman, Justin Kirk (Last Love) as Green Lantern, Christopher Gorham (TV's Covert Affairs) as Flash, Sean Astin (The Lord of the Rings trilogy) as Captain Marvel, Shemar Moore (TV's Birds of Prey) as Cyborg, and Steven Blum (TV's Batman: The Brave and the Bold) as Darkseid. 

IAR's Managing Editor Jami Philbrick recently had a chance to attend the West Coast premiere of Justice League: War at the Paley Center for Media in Los Angeles. Philbrick spoke exclusively with producer James Tucker, director Jay Oliva, voice director Andrea Romano, screenwriter Heath Corson, and actors Shemar Moore, Christopher Gorman, and Steven Blum about the new film, adapting the original source material, why Aquaman was switched out for Captain Marvel, the movie's end credit scene, how it may set up for a possible future animated adaption of Throne of Atlantis, casting, the actors approach to playing such iconic characters, Moore's desire to portray Cyborg in the live action Justice League movie, how DC Comics' New 52 will affect DC Universe Animated Original Movies going forward, Romano's wish list of actors she would like to work with on future DC animated projects, and which classic DC Comics graphic novel Corson would like to adapt for an animated film next.
