Opening in theaters on February 12th is the new science fiction action film from director Jose Padilha (Elite Squad) entitled RoboCop, which is a reboot of the classic '80s movie of the same name. The film stars Joel Kinnaman (Easy Money) in the title role, as well as Academy Award-nominee Gary Oldman (Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy), Michael Keaton (Batman), Abbie Cornish (Sucker Punch), Jackie Earle Haley (Watchmen), Michael K. Williams (12 Years a Slave), Jennifer Ehle (Contagion), Jay Baruchel (Goon), Marianne Jean-Baptist (Takers), and Samuel L. Jackson (Reasonable Doubt).

IAR's Managing Editor Jami Philbrick recently had the opportunity to attend the Los Angeles press conference for RoboCop, and hear what Michael Keaton had to say about the film. The veteran actor candidly discussed his new movie, Joel Kinnaman's performance, his advice for acting in a costume, how Kinnaman's role was similar to Keaton's in Batman, "working the suit," and the "key" to playing the Caped Crusader.
