EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: 'Justice League: Throne of Atlantis' World Premiere Interviews

Available on Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD, and Digital HD beginning January 27th is the new DC Universe Original Movie - Justice League: Throne of Atlantis, which is a follow up to Justice League: War. The animated movie features an all-star cast of voice talent that includes Jason O'Mara (Resident Evil: Extinction) as Batman, Jerry O'Connell (Stand By Me) as Superman, Rosario Dawson (Gimme Shelter) as Wonder Woman, Nathan Fillion (TV's Castle) as Green Lantern, Christopher Gorham (TV's Covert Affairs) as Flash, Sean Astin (The Lord of the Rings trilogy) as Captain Marvel, Shemar Moore (TV's Birds of Prey) as Cyborg, Sam Witwer (TV's Smallville) as Orm, Sumalee Montano (TV's Beware the Batman) as Mera, and Matt Lanter (Star Wars: The Clone Wars) as Aquaman. 

IAR's Managing Editor Jami Philbrick recently had a chance to attend the world premiere of Justice League: Throne of Atlantis at the Paley Center for Media in Los Angeles. Philbrick spoke exclusively with voice director Andrea Romano, screenwriter Heath Corson, and actors Christopher Gorham and Sumalee Montano about the new animated film, casting the voices, combining comic book writer Geoff Johns' original source material with Aquaman's origin story, Mera's importance in the DC Universe, if Flash is still a fanboy, Aquaman and Mera's relationship, Flash's role in the Justice League, how Corson's work on Batman: Assault on Arkham got him his job on Atlantis, and if Gorham will play Flash in another DC Universe Original Movie.

SYNOPSIS:

In the aftermath of Justice League: War, the world is at peace or so it seems. When Atlantis attacks Metropolis for the death of their king, the Queen has different plans and requires the Justice League to find her lost son (Lanter). But while they search for him, Atlantian troops; lead by Ocean Master (Witwer), continue their assault. Who will win?
