Nicolas Cage and Jay Baruchel sat down with editor Rick Florino for an exclusive interview about Disney's Sorcerer's Apprentice, what's on their playlists, favorite spells and so much more.

Both get to wear cool jewelry, sleek leather jackets and cast spells of some sort. Of course, harnessing fire and kicking out the jams are distinctive skill-sets, but every sorcerer's basically got a rock star in him.

Just ask 'The Sorcerer's Apprentice' star Nicolas Cage, whose long-haired, dragon-ring donning wizard Balthazar is pretty rock 'n' roll down to the bone… Cage laughs, "I would just go to work, put on my music, put on the rings, the leather jacket, sort of stand there and breathe, walk on the set and say, 'Here we go!'" And go he did!

Alongside Jay Baruchel, Cage conjures up a modern-day fantasy of epic proportions with flourishes of Fantasia and a whole lot of breathtaking adventure thrown in for good measure. In many ways, it's the perfect family flick this summer—there's some mind blowing spells, a ton of action and of course a sensational style that's part Ozzy Osbourne part Blade Runner.

Don't miss The Sorcerer's Apprentice in theaters everywhere on July 14th!
