Opening in theaters on August 22nd is a new romantic action comedy written and co-directed by actor Dax Shepard (Idiocracy) along with his partner David Palmer (Brother's Justice) called Hit & Run. In addition to Shepard, the film stars his real-life fiance Kristen Bell (Big Miracle), as well as Tom Arnold (True Lies), Bradley Cooper (Limitless), Kristin Chenoweth (You Again), Michael Rosenbaum (TV's Smallville), Joy Bryant (The Skeleton Key), David Koechner (Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy), Jason Bateman (The Change-Up) and Beau Bridges (The Descendants).

A Former getaway driver (Shepard) busts out of his Witness Protection Program identity in order to help his girlfriend (Bell) get to Los Angeles in time to interview for her dream job, while his former partners (Cooper and Bryant) and a United States Marshal (Arnold) chase after them.
Hit & Run opens in theaters on August 22nd.
