Opening in select cities on August 31st and expanding wider on September 7th and 14th is the new comedy For A Good Time, Call... from first time feature film director Jamie Travis. The movie was written by Katie Anne Naylon and actress Lauren Miller (50/50), and in addition to Miller features a hilarious cast that includes Ari Graynor (Celeste and Jessie Forever), Justin Long (Drag Me to Hell), Mark Webber (Scott Pilgrim vs. the World), James Wolk (You Again), Mimi Rogers (The Mighty Quinn), Don McManus (The Shawshank Redemption), Nia Vardalos (My Big Fat Greek Wedding), Kevin Smith (Live Free or Die Hard), and Seth Rogan (The Green Hornet).

The talented young actress discussed the new film, her character, why Big Business is her favorite '80s movie, its influence on her performance, how she feels about being compared to Bette Midler, and the instant chemistry between her and co-star Lauren Miller.

Katie (Graynor) and Lauren (Miller) are two incompatible roommates, their differences become more apparent when a disapproving Lauren learns of her roommate's occupation as a phone sex operator. However, after Lauren loses her job she joins forces with Katie to create a highly lucrative phone sex business and eventually joins her as a second operator. In the process of their venture, both girls start to become friends. However, a betrayal will threaten this new-found harmony.
