EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Josh Gad and Jessica Szohr Talk 'The Internship'

Opening in theaters on June 7th is a new comedy from director Shawn Levy (Real Steel) entitled The Internship, which was written by Vince Vaughn (The Watch) and Jared Stern (Wreck-It Ralph), and based on a story by Vaughn. In addition to Vaughn, the film features his Wedding Crashers co-star Owen Wilson, as well as Rose Byrne (X-Men: First Class), Max Minghella (The Ides of March), Aasif Mandvi (Movie 43), Dylan O'Brien (TV's Teen Wolf), Jessica Szohr (Love, Wedding, Marriage), Josh Gad (21), John Goodman (The Artist), and Will Ferrell (Casa de mi Padre). 

IAR's Managing Editor Jami Philbrick recently had a chance to speak with Josh Gad and Jessica Szohr, fittingly via Google Hangouts, about their work on the Google themed film The Internship.The two young actors discussed the new film, and what it's like working on a Shawn Levy set, while Gad talked about his unusual character, improvising with Vince Vaughn, and whether he grew a beard for his role or if it was movie magic, as well as a few Iron Man 3 spoilers.

SYNOPSIS:

Two salesmen (Vaughn and Wilson) whose careers have been torpedoed by the digital age find their way into a coveted internship at Google, where they must compete with a group of young, tech-savvy geniuses for a shot at employment. 

The Internship opens in theaters on June 7th.
