Opening in theaters and on VOD August 23rd is the new crime thriller from writer/director Scott Walker called The Frozen Ground, which was based on the real-life 1980s Alaskan hunt for serial killer Robert Hansen. The film stars Academy Award-winner Nicolas Cage (Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance), John Cusack (The Raven), Vanessa Hudgens (Spring Breakers), Radha Mitchell (Standing Up), Jodi Lyn O'Keefe (TV's Prison Break), Dean Norris (TV's Breaking Bad), Kurt Fuller (Midnight in Paris), Kevin Dunn (Transformers), and 50 Cent (Freelancers).

IAR's Managing Editor Jami Philbrick recently had the absolute pleasure to "Get In The Cage" with Nicolas Cage himself to talk about his work on The Frozen Ground. The Oscar-winning actor candidly discussed his new movie, what attracted him to the material, the real-life person his character is based on, his research, what he looks for when choosing a project, working with director Scott Walker, his unique acting style, why he doesn't like the phrase "Over the Top," John Cusack's pork vest, and what it was like to reunite with his Con Air co-star.
